Eligible Returns:

We only accept returns for items with

manufacturing defects. All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Eligible Returns:

Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by improper use, installation, modification, or normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for misuse of our products.

Return Process:

Contact us at sales@swatmetalworks.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos.Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.Products must be returned in original condition and packaging (if applicable).

Refunds or Replacements:

Approved returns will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. By purchasing from SWAT Metalworks, you agree to this return policy.
